Overview
Location: Manchester
Full Time, Fully site based 12 month contract
Responsibilities
- Acting as the lead interface for the internal and (if relevant) clients external document control system.
- Ensure all project documentation is stored and up to date on the internal document control system (Enterprise).
- Ensure all relevant documentation is uploaded to the client's document control system, maintaining up to date, organised and tidy folders and supersede old documents with new revisions.
- Ensure a document tracker is created and kept up to date for all documents submitted to the Client/ Principal Contractor.
- Filing Drawings and all other relevant Temporary Works documents.
- Ensure permits, HAV's, Scaffold, Excavation and Temporary Works inspections are filed on the internal document control system (Enterprise).
