Experienced Document Controller required to join a privately owned contractor based in Hampshire. To aid with an array of commercial & residential projects including healthcare, education, industrial and office facilities across the south coast.
As the Document Controller you will be working closely alongside the operations team and subcontractors. You will be responsible for seeing projects through from conception to completion. This Document Controller role will involve regular client interaction, controlling of the construction management systems, management of drawing documents, overseeing, and ensuring client return documents are sufficient with system standards as well as other ad-hoc administrative duties to support the office function.
This Document Controller role is with a busy privately owned south coast business with an impressive turnover, and a secured pipeline of work. You will be an experienced Document Controller preferably with a background in construction and administrative experience. Key attributes will include exceptional communication skills, diligence, methodological mindset and a quality orientated nature.
