We're now looking for a Recruitment Resourcer Apprentice to join our London team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a career in recruitment. You don't need previous recruitment experience, we're more interested in your attitude, ambition, work ethic and desire to succeed.
What will you be doing?
As a Recruitment Resourcer, you'll play an important role in supporting our recruitment consultants and helping us deliver great candidates to our clients.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Sourcing and identifying candidates for live vacancies
- Registering new candidates and building strong candidate relationships
- Speaking with candidates to understand their experience and availability
- Advertising live vacancies across relevant job boards
- Lead generation and candidate development
- Screening, vetting and referencing candidates
- Formatting CVs and creating candidate profiles
- Requesting and maintaining candidate documentation and certificates
- Managing timesheets and ensuring information is submitted accurately
- Updating candidate records and maintaining accurate databases
- Creating and sending assignment details
- Handling incoming calls and general candidate queries
- Providing day-to-day administrative and recruitment support to the team
