Overview
In this role you oversee QA/QC for live construction projects in London, focusing on Building Services. You will raise QC observations, articulate risks with the Project Director, and help implement solutions. You will ensure proper inspection records and ITPs are followed, flag gaps to the project team and QC leadership, and support responses to unpredictable events during the Legacy Period. This position offers impact across commercial offices and data centres by safeguarding quality and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Raise QC observations during inspections on live projects (Building Services)
- Use the QC Risk Decision Required template to identify critical design/workmanship/material risks and propose solutions
- Capture the Project Director's decision and rationale in writing
- Verify ITPs and inspection records for Building Services on live projects and flag gaps to Project Team and Head of QAP
- Support Head of QAP and Asset Performance Manager for unpredictable events during the Legacy Period related to Building Services
