You'll also need to be comfortable working alongside steelwork, structural alterations, temporary works and cut & carve activities.Key responsibilities:Manage internal works, finishes and subcontractorsDrive quality, programme and site deliveryCoordinate internal works alongside structural/enabling packagesManage interfaces between existing and new structuresWork closely with the PM, design team, engineers and subcontractorsMaintain strong H&S, quality and handover standardsThe ideal candidate:Tier 1 main contractor backgroundFinishing / Site Management experience on commercial projectsStrong CAT A / CAT B, refurbishment or fit-out experienceComfortable with structural works, steel and cut & carveListed/heritage building experience advantageousSMSTS, CSCS & First AidA fantastic opportunity to work on a flagship, technically complex project in West London.
