You will lead M&E subcontractors, drive installation quality, and coordinate with the overall programme. Your role focuses on commissioning, safety, and ensuring seamless integration of systems in prestigious developments. This position offers exposure to design-and-build, refurbishment, and cutting-edge building services in a high-profile market. You’ll work within a collaborative team to deliver exceptional, fully commissioned projects in Central London.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise M&E subcontractors on site
  • Coordinate M&E installations with project programme
  • Review drawings, specifications and technical submissions
  • Chair building services coordination meetings
  • Ensure high-quality installations and safety compliance
  • Manage commissioning activities and final handover

Key requirements

  • Proven experience as an M&E Manager with a mechanical background
  • Experience delivering commercial construction projects
  • Strong technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical services installations
  • Solid understanding of BMS and lighting control systems
  • Experience managing subcontractors and coordinating services packages
  • Valid SMSTS / SSSTS and CSCS certification
  • Degree-qualified in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
