Fawkes & Reece are hiring for a Freelance Site Manager to manage a Social Housing kitchen & bathrooms scheme in Liverpool starting in 1-2 weeks for 10 weeks!
What you will do as the Freelance Site Manager:
- Manage daily activities for kitchen & bathroom scheme on tenanted properties
- Ensure project is completed in line with standards
- Manage subcontractors and labour teams
- Monitor site progress and ensure compliance with health & safety standards
- Conduct daily site inspections
- Co-ordinate daily with residents and tenant liaison officer
Required Qualifications/Experience for the Freelance Site Manager:
- Experience in social housing kitchens & bathrooms
- CSCS
- SMSTS
- First Aid
- Asbestos Awareness - preferred
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a Site Manager's position
- UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
Pay + Benefits:
- Day rate: £260 to £300 per day
- Weekly pay on a Friday
