  • Working closely with project management, engineering and subcontract teams.
  • Ensuring quality, safety and environmental standards are consistently maintained.
  • Providing strong leadership and creating a positive, high-performing site environment.

About You

We are looking for an experienced Civil Engineering Site Manager who has a proven track record of leading teams and successfully delivering complex infrastructure projects. Marine experience is particularly desirable, including experience working on:

  • Marine infrastructure and coastal schemes
  • Ports, harbours or waterfront developments
  • Marine concrete and structural works
  • Sea walls, quay walls or other coastal structures
  • Demolition or enabling works within marine environments

You will also ideally have:

  • Proven experience managing civil engineering projects.
  • Strong experience leading civil engineering site teams.
  • Experience managing health & safety compliance on major projects.
  • Experience working with a direct delivery workforce.
  • Strong planning and programming capability.
  • CSCS card relevant to the role.
  • SMSTS.
  • Temporary Works Supervisor/Coordinator qualification.
  • Crane Appointed Person qualification.
  • HSG47 / underground services experience.
  • First Aid qualification.

Above all, we are looking for someone who is hands-on, proactive and commercially aware, with the leadership skills to drive delivery and maintain high standards across a busy site.

The Opportunity

This is a great opportunity for a Site Manager to take on a high-profile marine/civil engineering project in Dover, working within an ambitious business where your contribution will be recognised.
