We are looking for an ambitious, customer-focused New Homes Sales Advisor to lead the launch of a brand-new residential development. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced property sales professional to take ownership of a premium new homes site from launch, working independently to deliver an exceptional customer journey from first enquiry through to legal completion.
As the sole Sales Advisor on site, you will play a pivotal role in the success of the development, creating a welcoming and professional environment while driving sales performance and building strong relationships with purchasers, agents, solicitors and internal teams.
The Role
- Manage the sales journey from initial enquiry to handover
- Conduct development and show home tours
- Build strong relationships with prospective buyers and estate agents
- Deliver exceptional customer service at every stage of the buying process
- Maintain accurate records and achieve sales targets
- Ensure the marketing suite and show homes are presented to the highest standard
- Work closely with site management and head office teams
