We are currently looking for a reliable and professional Help Desk Administrator to join a busy and fast paced team. This role will be the first point of contact for incoming calls, so strong communication skills and a confident telephone manner are essential. You'll be responsible for handling customer queries, logging information accurately, and ensuring a high level of service is delivered at all times.
