We\’re Hiring: Freelance Site Manager
Location: Pollok (Glasgow)
Sectors: Commercial
Project Types: Supermarket Refurb
Payrate: £280 – £300 a day
Duration: 4 weeks – ongoing work following

What you\’ll do as a Freelance Site Manager:

  • Oversee fitout/refurb projects on a leading UK supermarkets – Northwest or UK wide
  • Report directly to the Project Manager
  • Monitor site progress and ensure compliance with health & safety standards
  • Coordinate with design teams, consultants, and client representatives
  • Support commissioning and final handovers

Duties of a Freelance Fitout Site Manager include but are not limited to:

  • Chair and manage daily meetings (Client and internal)
  • Record onsite progress and lookaheads
  • Report into Senior Management
  • Follow H&S guidelines

Required Qualifications/Experience

  • Experience working on commercial fitout projects
  • CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in a Site Managers position
  • UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
