A regional house builder has a requirement for a Planner to join their Technical and Planning team to ensure the delivery of fully implementable planning consents to meet business targets.

Reporting to the Planning Director, you will carry out planning and development appraisals, prepare and submit planning and other related applications within the residential sector for both immediate and future projects.
