Working on a high end build to rent apartment development valued at £50m, there is a brand new opportunity for an experienced Externals / Brickwork Manager to manage the external intricate brickwork and cladding of a high spec development.
The company are a multi-disciplinary principal contractor and developer with a solid track record of delivering high quality innovative projects across build to rent apartments & student accommodation. They have a healthy pipeline of secure projects which also can provide a level of job security and opportunity to progress within the business.
Experience / Qualifications Required:
- The successful candidate must demonstrate a background working as a Brickwork/ Cladding/ Externals Manager within a build contractor environment.
- Brickwork / stonework trade background required.
- Relevant professional qualifications & industry tickets and certificates.
- Excellent people management skills with the ability to motivate site teams to work to strict build programmes and deadlines & exceed client expectations.
- Track record of the delivery of high standards and behaviours in HSEQ.
- Excellent planning & time management skills with the ability to think ahead & manage risk.
Salary & Package on offer:
- Salary between £50,000 - £60,000 (depending on level of experience)
