Project Manager I am currently working with a strong Main Contractor, who have an opportunity for a Project Manager, to lead on a new build, steel frame school.
This would be overseeing the scheme from site setup to handover, liaising with the client, chairing meetings and covering all aspects of the build.
Our client is looking for someone who has overseen the whole build process from ground to handover and experience managing a team of around 5-10.
You would be reporting into the Contracts Manager, who would visit occasionally.

Oversee the scheme as the no1 on site.
Requirements for Project Manager Ideally a PM who is confident in their ability to lead, good communicator and excellent with clients.
