Our business has evolved significantly, and we are now looking for a strategic, creative, and commercially minded Marketing & social media candidate to help shape the next phase of our brand journey.
The Role
As our Social Media Coordinator, you’ll take full ownership of our digital strategy, content creation, and brand growth across all platforms. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves storytelling, understands recruitment or construction audiences, and thrives in a fast‑paced environment. You’ll work closely with our CEO, Directors, and senior leadership team to bring the brand vision to life across multiple channels, ensuring that our marketing activity delivers measurable impact, consistency, and value. A key part of this role will be to champion Fawkes & Reece’s public profile through bold, proactive PR and communications. You’ll craft and share engaging stories about the business, its people, and company/industry news, while promoting opportunities for press coverage, awards, and events that amplify our reputation. This is a hands‑on role where your creativity, energy, and initiative will directly shape how the business is seen across all external channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a social media strategy across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook & X
- Create engaging content (graphics, videos, captions, reels, testimonials, job ads)
- Manage social media calendars & daily posting
- Grow audience engagement and brand awareness
- Track performance, analyse data & produce monthly reports
- Ensure brand consistency across all channels
- Work closely with recruitment consultants to spotlight jobs, client wins, & candidate success stories
What We’re Looking For
- 1+ years’ experience in social media or digital marketing (ideally within recruitment, construction, or B2B sectors)
- Strong content creation skills — especially video & short‑form content
- Confident using Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar tools
- A creative thinker with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently & bring fresh ideas
- Experience running paid ads is a bonus
