I’m currently supporting a leading Tier 1 contractor in their search for an experienced Project Director (MEP) to join a growing Data Centre division. This is a key leadership role on a major data centre project, taking full ownership from pre-construction through to delivery and handover.
The Role
- Lead the full lifecycle of a flagship data centre project (MEP)
- Oversee pre-construction, design management, and delivery phases
- Drive programme, quality, and commercial performance
- Manage internal teams and external supply chain partners
- Ensure smooth coordination across all project stakeholders

- Proven experience operating at Project Director / Senior MEP Lead level
- Strong data centre or mission-critical project background
