As the lead supplier to most of London's biggest contractors, we have been approached by an established M&E Contractor to help them in the search for an Electrical Supervisor to work on a £35M M&E package on a commercial shell and core project in South East London.

The role:

  • You will manage the site schedule of work and site teams on a commercial shell and core scheme.
  • Manage and put to work sub-contractors teams.
  • Value engineering and scoping work.
  • Maintain relationships between client, subcontractors and partners.
  • Estimations and variations as required.
  • Procurement.
