Site Manager required to join a large Social Housing scheme for 4/5 weeks in Hull and then 4/5 weeks in Rotherham.
Start Date: ASAP
Pay: £250 per day
Duration: Until February 2026
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm
Job Responsibilities:
- Working on a kitchen and bathroom retro fit scheme
- Supervising subcontractors
- Managing trades and labour
- Overseeing project schedules and ensuring work is completed within set deadlines
- Reporting progress to senior management
- Ensuring work is completed to the agreed high standards
- Coordinating teams of workers and subcontractors
- Maintaining quality control checks
- Signing off and handing completed work over to the client
- Ensuring that all Health & Safety procedures are being adhered to
Requirements:
- Preferably with experience in social housing
- SSSTS OR SMSTS
- First aid and CSCS desirable
- Able to provide 2 work references
- Own vehicle
