Due to continued growth my client is looking for an experienced Document Manager to join them. My client is a leading civil engineering contractor who have just secured long-term work within a framework.
As the Document Manager you will be working closely alongside the design team, operations team and subcontractors. You will be responsible for seeing projects through from beginning to completion. This role will involve regular client interaction, controlling of the construction management systems, management of drawing documents, overseeing, and ensuring client return documents are sufficient with system standards.
This role is with a busy regional business with an impressive turnover and a secured pipeline of work. You will be an experienced Document Manager preferably with a background in construction/civil engineering and administrative experience. Key attributes will include exceptional communication skills, diligence, methodological mindset and a quality orientated nature. Experience using Sharepoint is desirable.
