About the role of Site Demolition Estimator
Our client are seeking an experienced Demolition estimator to join their growing team in greater Manchester. This role will focus on producing accurate cost estimates for demolition and enabling work projects, ranging in value from 50k to 2 million. the ideal candidate will be competent, driven, and commercially astute, with the ability to deliver competitive tenders and support the successful delivery of projects. There is also a Chance for hybrid working depending on the project.
Responsibilities for Demolition Estimator
- Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for demolition and enabling works projects.
- Analyse tender documentation, drawing, and specifications to prepare competitive bids.
- Work closely with project managers and directors to ensure estimates align with business objectives.
- Develop budgets, cost plans, and tender submissions within time frames.
- ensure compliance with health and safety and industry regulations.
- maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers.
Requirements for Demolition Estimator
- A proven track record of estimating on demolition projects
- Strong knowledge of demolition methods, legislation\’s, and site requirements
- Relevant industry qualifications and certificates.
- Ability to manage projects up to 2m.
