The company: A well-known national contractor that focuses on projects ranging from residential, office fit out, education new build and refurbishment as well as large commercial projects.
The role: As the site Hoist Operator you will operate the hoist, keep it tidy, help with other manual labour duties when not required in the hoist, and assist various tradesmen on site.
About you: Ideally you will have previous working experience in a Hoist Operator position. You will be conscious of health and safety on site and be aware of others who are working alongside you. You will arrive on time, finish your shift at the times allocated by the site manager and complete additional duties as and when the site manager requires. You will be comfortable lifting and shifting materials throughout the day.
To be successful:
- Previous experience in a Hoist Operator position.
- Relevant CPCS Card.
- Be approachable and happy to work as a point of contact when working in a standalone position and have a strong work ethic.
