Construction/house build experience

I am currently working with a house build company in the recruiting of a Commercial Assistant to assist them in their Takeley office. You will report directly to a Director and will look after the following:

  • Financial Administration: Processing invoices, purchase orders, and payment applications.
  • Contract Management: Assisting with contract documentation, variations, and procurement processes.
  • Cost Control: Monitoring project costs, preparing cost reports, and assisting with budget management.
  • Supplier and Subcontractor Management: Liaising with suppliers and subcontractors, managing their agreements, and resolving queries.
  • Data Management: Maintaining accurate records, updating databases, and preparing reports.
  • General Administration: Providing general administrative support to the commercial team, including scheduling meetings and handling correspondence.
