Multi award winning Design and Build fit‑out contractors established more than 30 years ago are currently recruiting a Technical Services Manager to deliver various M&E packages on Commercial Fit‑Out projects in Central London. Throughout their history, they have worked on a number of high‑profile projects and continue to win projects for the future. Due to an increased workload and continuous growth within the business, they are currently looking for a Technical Services Manager.
The perfect candidate will ideally have experience providing fit‑out services across the Commercial sector with particular emphasis on the Banking/Commercial/Life Sciences sectors.
Responsibilities- Method Statements and Risk Assessments
- Permits to work
- Overseeing the installation of mechanical & electrical programmes on site
- Attending client meetings
- Management of outside contractors
Ideally, degree or HND/HNC qualified with an industry related subject along with 5+ years experience within a similar contracting environment.
