Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage region/project-specific social value plans, aligning with client needs and corporate objectives.
  • Build strong relationships with local authorities, non-profits, schools, suppliers, and residents; act as a key liaison and communications point.
  • Work with project teams to embed social value into all stages, from tender to completion, ensuring commitments are met.
  • Oversee delivery of initiatives like work placements, workshops, volunteering, and community support programs.
  • Track performance against KPIs, manage data, and produce impact reports for clients and internal teams, often using digital platforms.
  • Challenge and support the supply chain to maximize social value opportunities.
