Tiler required in and around Chesterfield to work in tenanted and void properties on behalf of councils/social housing associations. This scheme is a kitchen and bathroom scheme, needing someone to start immediately. Our client is a main contractor who specialises in regeneration projects and operates around the Yorkshire and Lincolnshire regions.

The Role

  • Main duties are tiling bathrooms and wetrooms in tenanted and void properties.
  • The total hours are 37.5 per week, 8am - 4:00pm with a 30 minute break - Monday to Friday.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Tiler
  • Social housing experience
  • Own Tools

  • UKATA Asbestos Awareness or be willing to do the online course
  • Own Transport
  • You must be able to provide 2 x checkable references if you haven't worked with Fawkes & Reece before.
