We are working with a leading main contractor with an excellent reputation for delivering complex, high-quality projects who are looking to hire an experienced Senior Project Manager on a flagship commercial office development in Central London. This is a permanent opportunity offering clear progression, genuine responsibility and the chance to join a business with a strong pipeline of secured work across the commercial sector.

The successful candidate will initially work alongside the Project Director through a 6-month PCSA phase before transitioning into the delivery team as the No.2 on the project and Construction Lead.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience delivering commercial office projects for a main contractor
  • Strong leadership experience managing and mentoring Site Managers
  • Experience operating at Senior Project Manager level rather than solely as a Package Manager
  • Cut & carve and/or new build project experience
  • Strategic and commercially aware mindset
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Able to influence project strategy, programme and construction methodology from pre-construction through delivery
