Exciting Contract Manager opportunity across Essex for a leading residential developer. Overseeing 3 to 4 live sites with 2 in planning, most projects will be traditional build and timber frame housing schemes, ranging from 50 to 250+ units. Managing a team of multiple Project and Site Managers to complete projects on time, in budget and to a high quality. Reporting straight into the Managing Director.

Responsibilities for Contract Managers:

  • Manage a team of around 4 Senior Managers.
  • Helping to implement new procedures.
  • Overseeing multiple sites.
  • Liaising with clients.
