The role will cover a range of traditional build and timber frame housing developments, with responsibility for ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme, to the required quality standards and within budget. The RoleOversee multiple residential developments across South WalesManage and support Site Managers and wider site teamsMonitor programme, quality, health & safety and commercial performanceEnsure developments are delivered to company standards and build specificationsWork closely with subcontractors, suppliers and internal departmentsCarry out regular site visits and provide clear progress reportingDrive performance and ensure key build targets are achievedIdentify and resolve issues across sites to keep projects on trackThe CandidateThe successful candidate must come from a housebuilding background and have proven experience managing multiple residential developments. You will ideally have experience across both traditional build and timber frame construction, together with a strong understanding of the South Wales housing market. We are looking for someone with: Proven experience as a Contracts Manager or similar senior operational role within housebuildingStrong knowledge of residential constructionExperience managing multiple sites and site teamsExperience with traditional build and/or timber frameStrong leadership and communication skillsA good understanding of programme, quality, health & safety and commercial controlA valid CSCS card, SMSTS and First AidThis is an excellent opportunity to join an established housebuilder with a strong pipeline of work across South Wales.
