A leading Tier 1 principal contractor is seeking an experienced Package Manager to take ownership of the internal fit-out package on one of Wales' most significant construction projects. This landmark £300m mixed-use development in the heart of Cardiff represents a major addition to the city's landscape and will deliver a world-class destination comprising premium commercial, hospitality, leisure and public spaces.

As a Package Manager, you will play a key role throughout the project lifecycle, taking responsibility for the technical design development, planning, coordination and successful delivery of the internal fit-out works. This is a highly visible position within a flagship scheme, requiring a construction professional who can bridge the gap between design and site delivery.

The Role

  • Lead the delivery of a substantial internal fit-out package from design development through to handover.
  • Manage the interface between consultants, subcontractors, commercial teams and site operations.
