Senior Construction manager opportunity working for a well regarded tier 1 main contractor on a major mixed use scheme project. Looking for an experienced Senior Construction manager to deliver the internal packages on a £100 million project. This is a very attractive role for a Senior construction manager who has experience delivering major Cat A fit out on a complex project with high spec finishes.
The ideal Senior Construction Manager will come from a main contracting background and have experience delivering Cat A fit out on a large commercial project. Looking for someone who is hot on quality, H&S, who can cover a large area space with construction managers under them. This senior construction manager will be ambitious, energetic, driven with a desire to progress their career with a successful main contractor.
Senior Construction manager responsibilities:- Responsible for block work, drylining, joinery, M&E interfaces and will be responsible for a large area.
- Reporting to a Senior Project Manager and will have site managers under them.
- Leading the site, pushing the H&S and quality.
