We\βre looking for a skilled and motivated Building Services Manager to join our client\βs team and play a key role in the design development and delivery of complex M&E installations across a diverse portfolio of projects. From secure government facilities to high-street commercial units, you\βll ensure top-quality service delivery from start to finish.
What you\βll do:
Manage the designs from RIBA 2 to 4
Oversee M&E installations by specialist sub-contractors
Report directly to the Principal Building Services Manager
Monitor site progress and ensure compliance with health & safety standards
Coordinate with design teams, consultants, and client representatives
Support commissioning and final handovers
Deliver high-quality, compliant, and efficient building services
What we\βre looking for:
\β Recognised qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering (HNC/HND/Degree or equivalent)
\β DBS and/or Security Clearance (or eligibility to obtain)
\β Experience managing M&E on large-scale construction projects
\β Knowledge of current building services regulations and best practices
\β Strong communication and leadership skills
\β Full UK driving licence with flexibility to travel across multiple regions
