We are currently recruiting for a leading Tier 1 contractor who are seeking an experienced Social Value Coordinator to join their highly experienced Social Value team based around the southwest. Reporting into the Social Value Manager and overseeing a wide range of projects including frameworks in the education, health care and leisure, including refurbishment, new build and demolition.

The role of Social Value Coordinator will involve organising and hosting events to raise awareness of the client's positive impact on the society surrounding their projects. This includes collating reports based on the monitoring of data provided by internal and external teams, supporting recruitment and community engagement activities, and driving careers in construction.

As Social Value Coordinator, you will oversee projects across the Southwest, working closely with project teams, stakeholders and local communities. You will create Social Value plans and support the wider marketing team.

This role is with a busy Tier 1 main contractor group with an impressive pipeline of works and turnover. This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced Social Value Coordinator with a proven track record within a similar role, strong knowledge of Social Value legislation and best practice, looking to work regionally across the Southwest. Traditionally, projects range in size from £100M+ in value.
