This Health & Safety Manager will work across a variety of sectors, typically on projects valuing between 100M - 300M across the region. About the role of Health & Safety ManagerAs Health & Safety Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the safety of project teams across the site, promoting best practice and driving H&S legislation throughout whilst pushing for continuous improvement surrounding Health & Safety. Responsibilities for Health & Safety ManagerResponsible for ensuring compliance with legal standards, client expectations company standards. Support the planning & delivery team with high-risk activities. Regularly carry out safety inspections & auditsAppropriately support and advise any incidents, accidents or near missesProactively promote and engage the team with Health & Safety awareness & behavioural improvementRequirements for Health & Safety ManagerPrevious experience in a similar role working on similar value schemes would be advantages, for this opportunity we would consider a Health & Safety Advisor looking to step up.
