Fawkes and Reece are delighted to be working with a reputable building contractor in Brighton who are now looking to expand their team and bring on a Graduate Quantity Surveyor to assist with a busy pipeline of projects. The company specialises in a wide range of sectors including Residential, Commercial, Leisure, Build and Refurbishment.
This is an excellent opportunity for a recently qualified graduate to gain hands-on experience across multiple live projects including a flagship £10m project in Horley, commencing this quarter. You will work alongside senior commercial and project teams in a supportive environment that encourages development and progression.
As a Graduate Quantity Surveyor, you will be involved in:
- Assisting with the commercial management of several projects across different sectors
- Supporting cost control, variations, valuations and final accounts
- Working closely with site teams, subcontractors and suppliers
- Gaining exposure to procurement and contract administration
We are keen to speak to candidates who are recent graduates, living in or around the Brighton area. We are looking for somebody who is enthusiastic, motivated and eager to learn within a main contractor background. Must hold a full UK driving licence.
