The role:
- Attending residential properties to complete snagging works, including minor repairs and finishing tasks (e.g. painting, plastering, tiling and carpentry).
- Identifying and resolving defects or incomplete works left by previous contractors.
- Ensuring all work meets the required health & safety standards.
- Communicating effectively with clients, providing updates and addressing any concerns they may have.
- Maintaining a clean and tidy working environment, respecting clients' homes at all times.
- Keeping track of materials and tools, ensuring they are used efficiently and effectively.
- Providing excellent customer service, building rapport with homeowners.
- Ensuring work is completed to the highest standards and within set timeframes.
About you:
- Current and valid CSCS card.
- Selection of hand tools and power tools.
- Driving licence.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
