Bid Manager

Exciting opportunity for an experienced Bid Manager to join one of the top tier 1 fit out contractors in London.

About the role of Bid ManagerWe are currently the most successful, busiest contractor on the market, specialising in Cat A & Cat B commercial office fit out, refurb, and design & build on projects valued anywhere from £5m up to £30m.

We are a privately owned business, with some of the strongest financials in the industry. We exceeded our £250m turnover target last year, and we are aiming to surpass our £300m target for 2025 which we are on track for.

As Bid Manager, you will be working along side a team of 6+ people in our London based office 5 days a week. Although this role is 5 days a week in the office, the money rewards you can get back in return are next to none…

We are looking for someone who has had the title of Bid Manager, and has experience working for a fit out contractor.

The ideal candidate will be able to lead a bid and have experience managing the end-to-end bid process. This is a client facing role, so we need someone who is confident speaking to clients, and preparing & leading presentations to larger groups of people.

What sets us apart from other businesses is how we treat our staff. We DON\’T believe people should be micromanaged, we DON\’T believe in clock watching, but we DO believe in rewarding our team for their hard work!

A lot of people will be put off by being in the office full time, but we are looking for the type of person that isn\’t put off by this – someone who is ready to earn big money, be a big name in the industry & take their career to the next level! We are aware there are business out there who can offer working from home, but we are also aware they can\’t offer the same money benefits as us in return, as well as our team/office culture! Being in the office 5 days a week can feel daunting if you\’re working for the wrong company, in a bit of a dull environment, but we offer everything but that… just ask our team!

If you are interested in a new challenge, where sky is the limit and you will be recognised & rewarded for your efforts & hard work, reach out today for more info!
