As Estimator in our pre-construction team, you will prepare detailed cost estimates for fit out and refurbishment projects, typically up to 10m.

Responsibilities
- Produce detailed quotations, raise purchase orders, manage project budgets and approve supplier invoices
- Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for refurbishment projects
- Develop comprehensive and accurate estimations & presentations
- Source new products and suppliers as needed
- Contribute to building systems that streamline processes
- Key requirements
- Minimum 5 years estimating experience
- Experience working on fit out / refurbishment projects with values up to 3m+ (Preferably Drylining & partitions)
- Valid UK driving license
- Relevant construction related degree or qualification
