I'm currently working with a key client of mine, a UK PLC House builder, in recruiting an Assistant Site Manager for their major residential scheme in South London. The scheme comprises Timber Frame houses.
As an Assistant Site Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Taking units from 1st and 2nd fix through to handover
- Managing around 40 plots to handover
- Managing the programme
- Managing subcontractors on site
- Managing health and safety
- Weekly reporting
- Reporting into the Project Manager on site
You must have house building experience and have worked for leading UK house builders in a fast-paced environment, and be able to deliver units to programme. This is a temp to permanent role, and you must hold a CSCS, SMSTS, and First Aid certificate. Payments are made via PAYE Umbrella.
