Assistant Quantity Surveyor

About the role of Assistant Quantity Surveyor:

Exciting opportunity for an ambitious assistant quantity surveyor to work on high-end private residential projects spread across west and central London. The business has won four £20+ million projects that started in the last few months and they need a competent AQS who can help manage packages on one of these sites and report into the commercial director.

Responsibilities for Assistant Quantity Surveyor:

• Assisting with the day-to-day operations on site.
• Working from the PCSA/2 Stage tender process, to delivering the site and working through to completion and final accounts.
• Managing Packages.
• Managing Sub-Contractors.
• Site Meetings.

Requirements for Assistant Quantity Surveyor:

• Experience working on high-end residential projects is ideal but not essential.
• Degree qualified and needs to be construction based.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
