Fawkes & Reece have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Planner to join a delivery team on a high-profile commercial project in the West Midlands.
This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your career, supporting the planning and on-site management of a major scheme.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting in the planning process for pre- and post- contract
- Delivering planning solutions across the business unit and adhere to business operating framework guidelines and company programming, planning and progress reporting best practice procedures
- Support the Site Manager and Planning Manager in monitoring programme progress- preparation of design, procurement and contract
- Promote a strong health and safety culture on site
- Build Programmes using Asta Power Project
Requirements:
- Site experience in construction planning support
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Knowledge and understanding of health and safety regulations
- Advanced Level in Asta Power Project knowledge
