Job Title: Assistant Planner

Location: West Midlands

Contract: Full time, Permanent

Fawkes & Reece have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Planner to join a delivery team on a high-profile commercial project in the West Midlands.

This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your career, supporting the planning and on-site management of a major scheme.

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting in the planning process for pre- and post- contract
  • Delivering planning solutions across the business unit and adhere to business operating framework guidelines and company programming, planning and progress reporting best practice procedures
  • Support the Site Manager and Planning Manager in monitoring programme progress- preparation of design, procurement and contract
  • Promote a strong health and safety culture on site
  • Build Programmes using Asta Power Project

Requirements:

  • Site experience in construction planning support
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Knowledge and understanding of health and safety regulations
  • Advanced Level in Asta Power Project knowledge
