Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day site operations to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel
- Ensure compliance with all health & safety regulations and company procedures
- Monitor project progress and report to senior management
- Maintain high standards of workmanship and site presentation
- Conduct site meetings and liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders
- Manage site documentation including RAMS, permits, and progress reports
- Identify and resolve on-site issues efficiently
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Site Manager on commercial construction projects
- SMSTS, First Aid, and CSCS certification essential
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple trades and work to tight deadlines
- Excellent knowledge of health & safety regulations
- Full UK driving licence preferred
