My client is a multi-disciplined main contractor on the South Coast, specialising in projects from the following sectors: Prisons Local Government Education Health care Commercial and Retail Student accommodation The focus of the role will be to coordinate the sub-contractor teams and manage both the logistics and quality of works as well as the health and safety and maintaining social distance. Candidates must have worked for a main contractor in the past and be able to display a hands-on approach and within commutable distance of wiltshire . Candidates must have SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid and have worked on prison for clearance reasons in the past Candidates must be from either a HNC / ONC / degree qualified or trades background with a solid work history as a site manager.
