Project Quantity Surveyor\\n\\nWe have an excellent opportunity for a Project Quantity Surveyor to join a leading tier 1 main contractor on an exciting scheme in Reading. The business operates across several sectors including student accommodation, commercial, defence and healthcare, valuing upwards of £100mil.\\n\\nThe project in Reading is valued circa £500mil, and with the works getting busier, they're now looking to expand the commercial team. \\n\\nAbout the role of Quantity Surveyor:\\n\\nAs Quantity Surveyor, you will be working within a strong commercial team and report into the Commercial Manager.

You will have the support of several Senior Quantity Surveyors. \\n\\nKey Responsibilities as Quantity Surveyor: \\n\\nManage sub-contract procurement \\nManage sub-contractors accounts on site, dealing with variations\\nManage monthly valuations and liaise with the client \\nDeal with final accounts \\n\\nKey Requirements for this Quantity Surveyor position: \\n\\nHave a HNC / construction related degree \\nHave administered JCT / NEC forms of contract\\nMust have the full right to work in the UK \\nMust live within commutable distance to Reading. \\n\\nThis is a fantastic opportunity to join a business with a secure pipeline of work in the region and a business attitude which provides clear opportunity for progression and recognises ability.
