My client is a main contractor on hotels, mixed use schemes residential and commercial office blocks. the scheme is site based dealing with a number of sub contract packages on an £ 120 mixed use commercial scheme in the last 6 months of the project Reporting to the MQS for the project and working with the projects team you will be well versed in the and enjoy both live schemes and fast paced procurement to assist the commercial team to hand this project over successfully . Ideally candidates will be degree qualified or HNC/ONC have experience with lager logistically challenging schemes previously in excess of £10 million.
