A leading regional contractor based in the south coast is seeking an experienced Project Administrator to join their business. This is an excellent opportunity to join one of the busiest regional contractors in the UK with over 100 years' experience as one of the paramount reputable contractors.

About the role of Project Administrator

This regional contractor traditionally specialises in new build commercial projects, including education, healthcare, MOD & industrial new builds, refurbishments & extensions. Traditionally valuing up to £15M across Hampshire, Dorset, Wiltshire and Surrey for private and public framework clients. The role of Project Administrator will be based out of their head office in Southampton.

Responsibilities for Project Administrator

  • Regularly monitoring and managing site documentation to ensure filing systems are being utilised correctly
  • Assisting with time sheets
  • General ad-hoc administrative duties

Requirements for Project Administrator

  • Previous experience within the construction industry is fundamental
  • BPSS clearance is desired
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail is essential
