The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
Throughout this M&E Designer role, you will be expected to work directly both in the head office, as well as be on site to assist and converse when requested to. The role will focus on designing the mechanical and electrical services from anything to simple light switches to a specialised dementia unit for upcoming projects, which have ranged from £2 – £10 million in worth for care homes throughout the south west region. You will also be responsible for liaising with clients, owners and architects to maintain an efficient process for these developments. You must ideally have UK main contractor experience of starting and delivering projects in excess of £2 million in the past ideally with health care / R+D environments and be able to manage initial design and planning issues as well as the more day to day management of the delivery for the subcontractor works to budget and programme. At present, pay rate it negotiable depending on the experience and knowledge you can present, with the opportunity to remain with the company through a permanent position
