Estates Surveyor (Capital Delivery)

Fawkes and Reece are looking for an Estates Surveyor to join a leading consultancy to work on behalf of a leading water company in the north. Estates Surveyor (Capital Delivery): Needs to hit the ground running with good existing knowledge. The role requires MRICS qualification with at least 3+ years of post-qualification experience in surveying, including acquisitions, disposals, landlord and tenant matters, easements, and managing freehold and leasehold properties. Strong knowledge of external property markets, rural and general practice surveying, and property-related legal and technical transactions – settlement calculations for land use/compensation. Proficiency in GIS applications, property database programs, and Microsoft Office is necessary for managing land records and negotiating contracts/settlements.Please note this is a freelance assignment with a duration of 12 months.
