Job Description
Fawkes and Reece are looking for an Estates Management Surveyor to join a leading consultancy on behalf of a large water company within the north. \\n\\nEstates Management Surveyor: Must have experience of rent reviews and property/land portfolio maintenance. Would suit a general/rural practice background.\\n\\nThe role requires MRICS qualification with at least 3+ years of post-qualification experience in surveying, including acquisitions, disposals, landlord and tenant matters, easements, and managing freehold and leasehold properties.\\nUnderstand rent review process, agricultural and tenant rents, understands documentation and process.Please note this is a freelance assignment with a duration of 12 months.
