About the role of Buyer Your role as Buyer will be to work as work as part of the commercial team supporting materials buying purchases for the live projects and reporting to a Buying Manager. The company: The company are major housing developer who are dedicated to building sustainably with a focus on reducing waste and boosting biodiversity. The company have a strong track record of delivering high quality homes nationwide. Requirements for Buyer: The ideal candidate is someone who is a motivated and looking to progress their own career and comes from a developer background with experience in Materials buying. Be able to investigate new potential suppliers to strengthen our supply chain. Provide site material accruals on a monthly basis Be able to understand construction drawings and components.
